Ms. Slesin, a writer, reporter and editor, is the author of Over the Top: Helena Rubinstein: Extraordinary Style, Beauty, Art, Fashion, and Design, published by Pointed Leaf Press. She has written for the New York Times, and is Design Editor of House & Garden and Editor-in-Chief of Homestyle. Ms. Slesin is also a step-granddaughter of Helena Rubinstein.
