Ms. Lord, a senior editor at Vogue for more than 25 years, has authored five books and spent five years overseeing the Helena Rubinstein brand as vice president of corporate development for Colgate-Palmolive, the brand's owner in the '70s. She has also been women's editor at the London Evening Standard and beauty director for Harper's Bazaar.
