Jane Alexander

Jane Alexander, Narrator, an accomplished actress of the stage and screen, won a Tony for her performance in the original production of The Great White Hope, with James Earl Jones, and an Oscar nomination for her screen performance in the same role. She has portrayed both Eleanor Roosevelt and Sara Delano Roosevelt, one of the roles for which she won an Emmy. President Clinton appointed her Chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts, 1993-1997. She recently appeared in the HBO series Tell Me You Love Me, and in the Robert Benton film Feast of Love.
